Privacy & Data Protection Notice

This notice explains how Vidys Enterprise Limited ("Vidys", "we", "us"), an Abuja-based company headquartered at 16a Azeez Dr, Jubilation Comfort Court, Dakwo, Abuja, Nigeria, collects and uses personal data through vidysenterprise.com and our WhatsApp business line. We are the data controller for the processing described here, and we process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

We collect only what each request needs. We do not collect data from children, and our services are intended for users aged 18 and over.

Where data leaves Nigeria (for example our database hosted in the United States), we transfer it under the NDPA's cross-border transfer conditions and our providers' contractual data-protection commitments. Each provider may only use your data to provide their service to us — never for their own marketing.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

Your data is stored in an access-controlled database where each user can only read and change their own records (row-level security). Sign-in uses one-time SMS codes rather than passwords, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and payment card details never touch our systems. Bank details for payouts are visible only to the account owner and authorised Vidys staff.

Under the NDPA you can ask us, at any time, to:

6. Cookies & local storage

The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your session and keep browsing fast, and Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. We use no advertising cookies. You can clear local storage and block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site keeps working.

7. Changes

If we change this notice, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
